FAQS
What is a pasteurized egg?
Pasteurized eggs have been exposed to heat to destroy potential bacteria remaining on the shell. You can easily pasteurize eggs at home or buy a pasteurized egg mixture at the store.
Can I use Vanilla Extract instead of Vanilla Bean Paste?
Absolutely. Vanilla Bean Paste is the best tasting and most economical way to add Quality Vanilla to all of your recipes. However, you can settle on Vanilla Extract as an alternative, the taste just won’t be as good.
What if I don’t have a Hand Mixer?
No problem! You can use a Stand Mixer if you’d like. However, this is a small recipe that typically wouldn’t fill the average Stand Mixer. You can make this recipe by hand if you don’t have either Mixer. The process will require some additional effort on your part and may not come out as creamy.
What do I do with the leftovers?
You can keep leftovers in the refrigerator for seven days. You can also freeze the leftovers if you don’t plan on eating all the Cookie Dough within seven days. The best way to freeze Cookie Dough is by rolling it in some parchment paper. This way, you can cut off a piece whenever that craving hits you!
