Recipe

12oz of Shredded Cooked Chicken
8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Ranch Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup of Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce

Instructions

Before you begin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Lightly spray your serving dish with Cooking Spray over the kitchen sink.

In your oven-safe serving dish, add;

12oz of Shredded Cooked Chicken
8oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Ranch Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup of Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce

Mix thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the Buffalo Chicken Dip and stir thoroughly.

Place aluminum foil back onto the serving dish and return to the oven.

Bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove the Buffalo Chicken Dip and stir thoroughly.

Grab a spoon and taste the Buffalo Chicken Dip.

If the dip is too spicy or salty, add a couple of spoonfuls of Sour Cream.

If the dip is not spicy enough, add more Hot Sauce.

If the dip is not salty enough, add more Ranch Seasoning Mix. Be careful not to add too much at a time. You can always add to, but never subtract salt from a recipe.

Once the dip tastes perfect, you’re ready to serve!

I would return the Buffalo Chicken Dip to the oven a final time without aluminum foil, to broil the top nicely. While that is happening, grab a bowl of Tortilla Chips and get ready to enjoy it!
