It’s essential to wash all produce before cooking.
To begin, fill your kitchen sink with tap water.
You do not need to fill your sink all the way, just enough to submerge the produce you’re going to wash.
Add a couple of Tablespoons of White Vinegar.
Let the produce soak for about five minutes.
Gently scrub produce with your hands or a clean cloth.
Drain the sink.
Dry off the produce with a fresh, clean towel.
If you’re washing lettuce or herbs, then use a Salad Spinner to remove excess water.
