BBQ Pork Tenderloin

What you will need

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt

Brown Sugar
Paprika
Dry Mustard
Cumin

Recipe

2 Pork Tenderloins
Berry BBQ Sauce 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt 
Pepper

Dry Seasoning 

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
2 teaspoons of Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon of Cumin

Instructions

Before you begin 

Set out Pork Tenderloin to come to room temperature. 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

In a small mixing bowl add

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
2 teaspoons of Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon of Cumin

Mix. 

Season the Pork Tenderloin by

Setting the Pork on a baking tray.

Drizzle the Tenderloin with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then, 

Rub all the dry ingredients from the mixing bowl onto the Pork. 

Season with Salt and Pepper. 

Make sure you are seasoning the entire Pork Tenderloin and not just the top. 

Place Pork Tenderloin into the oven for 10 minutes. 

Remove the Tenderloin and add your Berry BBQ Sauce on top. Make sure to coat all of the Tenderloin generously. 

*Make sure not to contaminate all of your sauce by double dipping the spoon after rubbing onto the meat. I portion out the BBQ I am going to use first. 

Place back into the oven for another 10 minutes. 

Remove the Pork Tenderloin and let it rest for 20 minutes. 

After this, it’s ready to enjoy! 

I love to garnish this with some fresh Berries, Sage, and Oregano.
